 Assist in carrying out site Condition surveys, inspections, estimations and quotations.
 Create & update work order feedback with Group call center & Musanada CAFM through JD or Manually
 Create PR & LPO for nonstock Material
 make quotation for required material, and submit to Musanada office for approval through Caw system,
 Coordinate with sub-contractor for arrange quotation and follow him
 Responsible for maintenance Bills Of Material (BOM) for all assets including & ensuring accurate information.
 Plan & develop preventive maintenance & standard maintenance activities.
 Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) is completed on all relevant equipment daily, weekly, monthly and as planned.
 provide assistance and co-operation to worker prepared daily attendant sheet of all site’s technician,
 make quotation for required material, and submit to Musanada office for approval
 Advise instruct, inform and supervise workers to protect their health and safety, ensure that a worker complies with the Act and regulations
 take every precaution reasonable in the circumstances for the protection of workers
 Entering supplier invoices
 Preparing Purchase Orders
 Preparing Physical stock taking sheets
 Follow up suppliers for delivery of materials
 Follow up for payments
 Assisting Manager to prepare monthly reports
 Establishes.maintain, process, and updates files
