- Responsible for the following tasks of plant factory management :
- - analyze methods of processes with departments heads to identify the gaps and to find out the chance of corrections, re-design the processes to minimizing costs, gain smooth processes layouts and to achieve max. Outputs of manpower and machines.
- - study the budget and analyze it with corporation with financial department head, fully authorized of all related to financials related to the plant/factory and fully responsible against that to owner and group manager.
- - manage sales team working at factory/plant sales department, follow up sales and do sales on the ground when required as a support to any sales team member, design sales plan including demand forecasting with corporation with sales manager, follow up the sales activities and quotations and sales men, manage sales meetings regularly and receiving reports about the sales and taking decisions related to it and building relations with clients and involve in the marketing and sales including being involve in studying P.Os and tendering.
- - involve in production planning and operations planning and managing production day by day activities with coordination with production manger to ensure production smoothness and taking decisions regarding productions as per reporting comes from production department.
- - involve in purchasing and supply chain activities and warehouses management and conducting a purchasing plan including comparing alternatives and determining the reordering points and calculating the minimum level stocks of each products and selecting suppliers and designing the polices related and following up the purchasing activities and storing procedures and taking decisions related with full responsibility about consequences and full authority regarding the supply chain with coordination with purchasing manager and warehouse manager.
- - Involve in quality management at the factory/plant including designing the policies and procedures of quality and preparation to be certified by the ISO standard and manage the process with coordination with quality control officer and studying the reports related to quality control including control limits and sampling and check points and testing communication with laboratories and clients complains and quality assurance including updating procedures and forms and documentation and making sure quality procedures are applied and resulted in a high quality levels.
involve in maintenance planning with coordination with maintenance manager including the planning of preventive maintenance and spare parts ordering and storing and regular maintenance and required maintenance and maintenance team activities and behavior and taking decisions related and fully responsible of approving maintenance plan to minimize stoppage time or shutting downs.
- Implementing & Monitoring the Failure mode and effects analysis FMEA and Total productive maintenance TPM.
- - Monitor the implementation of the health, safety and environmental HSE practices.
- - involve in Improving Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE).
Working within a team to :
- handle the monthly production planning.
- Attention to proper manages the cost reduction.
Was Involved in the analysis about process affecting factors.
- Scheduling the Monthly Delivery plan, Day Plan & for the new Product.
Ensure that cost control measures are adapted and followed at all stages of project - execution.
Prepare detailed reports for all stages of the project and discuss improvements for future
- Projects based on results derived from current projects.
- Ensuring the raw material planning for monthly & weekly.
- Daily review meetings with co- departments.
- Studied about the causes of difference in estimated and actual costs involved in the projects.
