RESPONSIBITIES
•Handle all plant machinery and utilities maintenance, refrigeration plant, HVAC systems, cold storages. Track utilities consumption and take corrective action on deviations. Assign daily priorities and work orders to team.
•Maintain highest efficiency for all production lines and utilities by analysis of different problems and breakdown assessment.
•Handling all hydraulic and pneumatic systems, transmission systems and belts, lubrication systems, gearboxes.
•Handle all types of pumps, compressors, motors, conveyors, blowers, extruders, cascade coolers, chillers and CAFP plant, cold storages, elevators, forklifts and stackers.
•Responsible for HVAC system, refrigeration system for breakdowns, PM, spares and optimum operation and handling projects related to it.
•Track down the monthly as well as yearly expenses for repairs, budgeting and spares and move towards minimum expenses.
•Handle all the production lines and utilities for BM, spares and PM. Train all the staff for same and handling a team of 40 people.
•Check monthly performance of utility & take corrective action. Monitor the consumables and budget.
•Prepare and review CAPA, SOPs, Equipment History, PM checklist, log book forms right from scratch etc. Daily reports, logs, MIS, DT report, etc. Responding 24*7 for emergencies and breakdowns.
•Handling all the building maintenance as well as the ongoing projects, erection and commissioning towards maximum output. Complete the assigned projects including installation, erection and commissioning of new projects successfully within the stipulated time.
•Documentation of projects, SD planning, co-ordinate with Vendor and contractor management for facility modification.
•To ensure the monthly financial targets for spares and repair maintenance fit within.
•Ensuring statutory requirements and safety follow SOP and up gradation after approval from management. 100% compliance on safety, fire safety and environment.
•Material and spares management, inventory control to maintain smooth flow with successful minimum inventory holding. Handling inventory through ABC analysis, Pareto ananlysis.
•Experienced SAP user(PR, PO, Bill, MIGO, Service Entry, Material Management)

•Handle all mechanical activities, schedule and supervise PM of machines and utilities, breakdown maintenance, to increase machine up time and equipment reliability.
•Coordinating with internal, external and overseas agencies like suppliers, contractors, consultants, vendors for effective work implementation. Develop local vendors for repair and maintenance.
•Working out requirements for machines, utilities, manpower to ensure timely completion of operations.
•SAP user(PR, PO, Bill, MIGO, Service Entry, Material Management)
