I have spent three years working for (Aroyan & Khatchadourian Co.) which is authorized company to be SIEMENS distributer in Syria.

My Primary Task was:
• Implementing & installing Industrial Automation Solutions.
(Please see next paragraph: “Performed Projects” for more details.)

Other Secondary Tasks:
• Studying the bids for both public & private sectors and providing the proper technical offers.
• Providing technical support for the company customers.


Projects During (2009-2012) / A&K Co. :

\[1\] “Thawra” Wheat Mill Automation (Government Establishment):

This Project is automated using Siemens PLC (S7-300 / CPU315-2DP) and Siemens PC SCADA using WinCC Flexible software.

\[2\] Pump Stations Control via Wireless GSM (Lafarge Cement Factory)

The Project was about connecting (5) remote pump stations to one master coordinating panel using wireless GSM mobile network. The used technology based on WinCC Flexible along with SINAUT Micro SC.

\[3\] “Hnaideh” Grain Silos Automation (Government Establishment):
• I have used SIEMENS PLC CPU: 317-2DP, and the SCADA Interface was designed by “WinCC V7.0 SCADA System” software.

• Due to the complex demands of the process, I also created custom designed visual components (using VB.NET language, which produce “.dll” control component that can be imported to WinCC project). this components allow more advanced user interfaces.

• Also, I have designed the graphics of process devices using “Adobe Illustrator” and I merged it with .NET components to provide rich user experience by animating the movement or even vibrating the working devices to produce clear, dynamic, and amazing interface.

Note:
The project is on-hold due to the unstable situation of the country, but its PLC program & SCADA I/F were tested by simulation.

• Implementing Industrial Automation Projects for industrial machines.
• Teaching PLC/HMI courses (Coordinated with LG \[LSIS\] Agency in Syria).
• Also, During this interval, I was preparing my Master degree research.

I have spent One Year in "ARISCO" Company which. This Company was responsible for Technical Support of "LG Industrial Systems" Agency in Syria .
My Tasks was: System Integrator ( Commissioning & Installing Industrial Projects).

Then, "ARISCO" turned into "RTA" Company which represented "DELTA Industrial Systems" Agency in Syria. My Tasks during the next two years were:
1. Technical Manager: Supporting many DELTA products such as: PLC, AC Inverters (VFDs), Touch/Text Panels, AC Servo Systems, Temperature Ctrl .

2. System Integrator: Developing & Installing Industrial Projects.

3. SCADA Programmer: Using Visual Basic 6.0 & VB.NET languages.

Some Performed Projects:

1. Fire Fighting System for Oil Establishment (Latakia, Syria):
(PLCs Network based on RS-485 as Alarm System & Pump Station Controller + custom designed SCADA interface using Visual Basic.)

2. MDF Wood Factory (Delta PLC + SCADA System based on VB.NET)

3. Pitch Mixer (PLC connected to Weigh Controller via RS-232 +HMI)

4. Truck Scaler: Management S/W to keep the weight records of trucks in Database.. also, it provides features such as: Filtering, Sorting, and Printing. (PC to Weigh Controller via RS-232)

I have spent One Year in "I.A.C" (Industrial Automation Center). This Center was engineering office that works in developing industrial automation projects.

I had the opportunity to implement varied projects regarding the automation of several industrial machines using many brands such as SIEMENS (S7-200 PLC), LG (MK-120S PLC), Twido PLC… etc.
