• Provides support and assistance to management team on handling and resolving
Human Resources issues.
• Manage and updates personnel files for old and new hires in the Human
Resources Information System database.
• Collaborated with managers; including the internal and external agencies regarding
matters on new job positions in the company.
• Assisted HR in expanding the scope of the recruitment process by using the
Internet, job referrals, job fairs .
• Maintain and update HR documents, such as organizational charts, employee
handbooks and performance evaluation forms.
• Arranging air tickets and hotel reservation for Workers' and business trips of senior
members with the coordination of travel agencies.
• Prepare a monthly statistic to explain the company's situation to managers.
• Responsible for workers' fingerprint, collecting all data for workers related to work
hours, absences, overtime and all vacations.
• Work on all procedures for resignation requests and annual leave related to
employees.
