Contributed software development and engineering expertise in the development and management of multiple software solutions related to the Student Information System (SIS), Online Registration System (ORS), and many other related academic systems of Ajman University, through the software lifecycle, from requirements engineering, to software design and architecture, to successful deployment. Additionally, contributed & conducted many data analysis solutions and reporting using Business Intelligence tools, which served the higher management’s strategic goals and insights for the organization.
Furthermore, I’m currently the lead software developer and functional analyst responsible of implementing, supporting, and managing Ellucian Banner 9 system in Ajman University. My main tasks include handling most of the functional configuration and setup, integration, data migration, and report development using Evisions Argos reporting tool.
Developed and deployed web based software solutions and provided technical support and maintenance for project clients (Ajman University). I was involved as a team member in the software design and development cycles of an IT project (SIS & ORS).
Utilized my educational background and programming skills in contributing to the organization as a fresh graduate intern in developing, supporting, and maintaining existing software systems.
