Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications. Installing and
configuring network equipment. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks. Managing
the Domain Controller. Supporting the roll-out of new applications. Supporting and administering of
firewalls. Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or
software faults. Providing end user with needed technical support. Managing VoIP and CCTV system.

and support. Performs of installation, configuration and upgrading of workstations, servers and related

hardware and software in a LAN, WAN and stand-alone environment. Provides investigation, diagnostic
testing and repair/resolution of system, hardware, software and infrastructure.
Acting as technical lead to identify and implement solutions to problems affecting IT services. Providing
1st/ 2nd Line and some 3rd Line support over the telephone, remotely and face to face to clients & internal
staff members.
