Key Responsibilities-
• Dealing with all the employee enquiries as first point of contact for HR department- Handling onboarding of new employees, recruitment, probationary period assessments, exit interviews and terminations, Policy framework, internal communications, rewards and recognitions, internal movements, transactional updates in internal system, employee verifications, letters and reports as a contribution for payroll activities
• Recruitment of Physicians & allied healthcare professionals liaising with candidate licensing team until issuance of license under the facility and employment residence visa processing.
• Prepare and maintain HR monthly MIS reports like Absenteeism, Attrition, and any Staffing and Budget related reports.
• Document, maintain and update relevant HR/payroll systems with staff employment / status changes.
• Work on employee salary corrections, increments and designation change.
• Arrange and deliver the new employee training or orientation sessions

Responsible in managing the transactional elements of HR regional support in the Middle East and its subsidiaries in Abu Dhabi, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Egypt and Saudi Arabia - in varied scopes of recruitment, onboarding, visa compliance with full understanding & control of employment issues in the GCC, training & competencies, disciplinary & employee relations, ensuring a proper direction of the employment cycle whilst maintaining SAP as corporate HRIS, competencies matrix as per QMS standards, and the general day-to-day HR activities

My responsibilities were processing payments electronically viz. electronic banking applications such as EDGE, Gpi, Citrix platform, using swift codes and Bic routing for 4 continents and 120+ countries with a time zone cutoff switching 11 queues at one go. I worked for its captive setup offshore business unit in India.
