Maintain the commercial and residential building, supervising all staffs in building, customar care and service, co operates the sub contractors, Preparing preventive maintenance tasks, shift schedule, all kind of AC, Electrical & plumping work responsible,
Job profile :
• Responsible for providing support in technical operations like building and maintaining systems controls and design
• Drafting technical requirements by using energy management system for proper balancing of building
• Performing responsibilities of repairing and servicing air conditioning equipment and physical plant components
• Responsible for general maintenance of plumbing, , electrical equipment
• Handling responsibilities of planning preventive maintenance for various projects
• Performing the task of developing and designing operational practices by following standard guidelines
• Assigned the tasks of generating and drafting engineering processes and process equipment under the guidelines of building manager
• Responsible for performing preventive maintenance of AC, plumping & electrical systems
• Handled the tasks of preparing and updating detailed specifications and bid documents for review
• Responsible for preparing purchase orders as well as prepare milestones for part delivery
• Handled responsibilities of providing engineering support to assure compliance with Regulatory requirements
• Coordinated with EHS staff in managing carpenters, electricians, and building maintenance staff
• making the incident report, PPM report, meter reading sheet, monthly cost schedule & report
