Manages lab operations, approve lab test reports in LIMS, organizes office functions, ensure the accuracy of the quality system and maintaining the data quality objectives, Implement QA/QC and HSE regulations, systems audits, performance and evaluations, control of whole lab documentations to assure the quality of the results includes reviewing and authorizing analysis batches result, Control all achieved documentation upon the completion of the project, review quality inspection personnel qualifications and training requirements, review, maintain and develop current SOPs and control LIMS activities, responsible for ensuring the safe operation of equipment, safe work habits of the employees and administering the safety program within the guidelines established by the company.
Responsible for monitoring, inspecting and proposing measures to correct or improve an organization's final products in order to meet established quality standards .Sound knowledge in analytical instruments such as GC-FID Varian, ICP-OES Varian, TOC Analyser, Calorimeter, TKN, Cary 100 spectrophotometer, HACH, HPLC, etc. with take necessary action to fix problem if any, make correction of results and reports, Work on analysis of environmental lab analysis, such as AAQM, Noise-level, SVOC, metals, Oil & Grease, TPH, nitrate, nitrite, TKN, phosphate, ammonia, TOC, TDS, TSS, pH, grain size, BOD, COD, chlorophylls, phenols, etc.
Worked as a research fellow in NABL Certified lab for Pesticide Residue Analysis such as Organochlorine, Organophosphate and Synthetic Pyethriod insecticides in Agricultural crops/Commodities using several techniques such as HPLC, Vaccum Rotavapour, GC-ECD, GC-MS and UV-spectrometer.
Worked in Quality Assurance Lab(ISO 17025 Accredited), Worked on different analysis of raw material and finished products of petrochemical plant namely Hydroxyl amine sulphate plant, Benzene Hydrogenation and oxidation Plants and Caprolactum Plant, in Fertilizer Industry. Work on analysis, such as nitrate, nitrite, chloride, TKN, ammonia, Turbidity, TDS, TSS, PH, BOD, COD, TOC, etc.
