Responsibilities:
• Selecting candidates for the Onboarding process.
• Coordinating orientations for the new employees including company policies etc.
• Organizing strategic business unit employees and assigning them to be power users for Kronos system.
• Supporting TA, immigration, HR Central, and payroll for required tasks and responsibilities.
• Working on new features that develop the recruitment and onboarding process.
• Support line manager on HR projects and Initiatives
• Handling employment-related inquiries from all stakeholders.
• Creating new job descriptions for different positions to select qualified candidates.
Responsibilities:

• Worked on the overtime metrics for year 2022 and added new features.
• Coordinated vacation plans for SA and SMP employees.
• Created individual development plans for four co-op trainees and set updated information.
• Supported HR Staff. (Helped to update and approve employee's training and safety courses).
• Handled employee requests regarding HR issues, policies and regulations.
Academic Projects: 1- Capsim Business Simulation And Assessment Technology (Graduation Project). • Achieved stable success in all simulation sections throughout the rounds in: (Research & Development, Marketing, Production, Human Resources, Finance and Total Quality Management). • Secure a spot in the (top 15 worldwide) between 2000 universities around the world. • The project was directly supervised by the Chairman of Business Administration College. 2- Research Methods in Human Resource Management: (Organizational Based Training and Expatriates Training in HR Department). • The research focused on how to improve domestic training effectiveness and how to apply expatriate training. • Created a new idea for the expatriate training process that can guide the new employees to understanding KSA cultures, Saudi labor laws and company policies etc… (Original Idea). Participations: Professional Development Program • Creating professional resumes, CVs and cover letters.
