Job Description: o Ability to maintain hotel's standards, policies and procedures
o Comprehension of technical and managerial applications of Reservation systems including MARSHA and Opera
o Comprehension of the reservation sales process.
o Ability to maintain positive and engaging relations with all inquiries
o Ability to overcome objections and ability to up-sell
o Ability to multi task and take on cross functional tasks when required
o Ability to remain well organized and concentrated in high stress situations
o Knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Excel
o Knowledge of spoken Arabic is an advantage
o Attention to details
o Ability to work with minimum supervision
Handle reservation request received via telephone, fax, e-mail or in person in an accurate, complete andtimely manner
Handle ERS and Wholesale Reservations in absence of ERS and Wholesale Coordinators.
Note and follow up on guest preferences and special requests.
Knowledge of Rate Structure and Rate Strategy
Produce Daily Pick-Up Reports in the absence of Revenue Analyst.
Have knowledge in Telephone Exchange Operator.
Apply visa for the guests
Have rather good knowledge in Cashier work.
Ability to handle work pressure and treat with different types of People.
Ability to work with other nationalities. and Interested in working in something to do with my field of experience.
