1. To keep inform plant manager about work flow and quality of work of all the three sections (Electrical, Instrument and Power Plant).
2. To keep in touch about the maintenance and calibration of all the equipment installed at plant.
3. To monitor complete calibration records through instrument supervisor for implementation of ISO.
4. To monitor and implement all the ways which can improve our product quality.
5. To ensure maximum departmental output with minimum cost by reducing maintenance cost at its maximum possible level.
6. To monitor and implement all the ways which can lead electrical department towards accuracy.
7. To implement awareness of safety principals and use of PPEs in electrical department.
8. To improve inter department communication to sharpen the quality of work for maximum production.
9. To minimize complaint attending time.
10. Create awareness of policies and procedures among employees.
11. Keep the workers motivated and provide counseling to them.
12. Resolve disputes and ensure safe working environment.
