1. Build many dashboards about the fact of patient health or the totals in the health providers. a comparison dashboard between the workload in the facilities using Power BI.
2. Build a data warehouse structure for the radiology and imaging patients’ facts and dimensions, with the summarization scripts and queries.
• Preparing technical specifications for biomedical devices tenders as per organization standards.
• Use scripting (batch files, python scripts, SQL scripts) to maintain the servers and their data.
• Daily checkup tasks for storage servers, imaging gateways, and integration channels to make sure the system is running properly.
• On-site installations, validation, maintenance, and general customer training as per organization standards.
• On-site failure analysis to identify root cause and feedback to corresponding company departments or personnel.
• Troubleshooting issues related to customer sequencing run, data processing, software, and instruments.
• Identifying customer requests or complaints, and escalating issues if necessary to solve critical tasks in the fastest way possible.
• Sharing experience, knowledge, and skills to peers and helping to build an organization with solid professionalism.
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers in assigned territory.
• Following up with the hardware vendors to resolve any pending/arising issues in the biomedical devices at the clients’ sites.
• PACS/RIS systems management, including installation, and configuration applications for servers and clients.
• Voice Dictation software (Nuance PowerScribe) installation, configuration, end-user training, support for clients and system, and daily system monitoring.
• Do the needed software testing before deploying/installing it to the system.
• Implementation includes planning, design, configuration, testing, training, and support for hospitals and clinics.
• Developing, evaluating, and implementing training materials and department documentation per organization standards.
