Management Level Tasks

• Manage all IT Projects, resources, budgets, initiating, planning, executing, monitoring/controlling and closing to ensure that the goals and deliverables are fully met, IT Project management knowledge areas: integration, time, cost, scope, quality, risk, stakeholder, procurement, human resources and communication.

• Planning and Writing an Annual Budget for IT Department
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of technology products and services

• Oversee hiring processes for all IT staff, training, performance and appraisals
• Negotiate contracts with IT suppliers/vendors

Technical Level Tasks

• Perform Operational tasks such as monitoring System/Network Performance, Server Rooms, Software updates and Hardware upgrades, Disaster recovery site backup plan
• Design and Implement RAF Voice/Data Network VLANs/ Call center (IP Telephony) and RAF Controller based Wi-Fi Network for Main/Branch Offices
• Design, Implement and configure RAF Firewalls, VPN point-to-point tunnel connection between Main and Branch Offices inside & outside country
• Monitoring security measures Anti-Spam, URL & web filtering Engines to protect network from Social Engineering, Spoofing, Phishing, Clickjacking, Denial-of-service & Direct-access attacks, ransomware and malware attacks, privilege escalation and cyber-attacks
• Installation and configuration of Servers, Switches, UPS and Storage: DAS, NAS, and SAN (iSCSI and Fibre)
• Design and Implement surveillance system (IP Camera/ NVR) with (internal/external) access using mobile
• Design and Implement time attendance system using biometrics fingerprint recognition machine with real time synchronization between all over RAF Branches/Offices
• Consulting, designing, planning, implementing, managing and supporting Microsoft infrastructure projects and cases related to the following products: Windows Server, Hyper-V, Exchange, SQL, System Center Products, SCCM, SCOM, SCVMM, SCDPM, Private & Public Cloud, Azure, Failover clustering & High availability, NLB, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, Backup/Recovery and more
• Installing, configuring and managing Microsoft Dynamics CRM & Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP
• Design, install and Implement ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus to manage All IT Support Tickets, Tasks and knowledge/Solutions database
• Monitor and Recognize any potential or security violation and identify areas of weakness to take the proper action
