• Jun 2017: Managed the Development process of land subdivision with a total area of 1.5 Million square meters and Development cost of around SR. 2, 024, 000, 000.00 at UM ALJOOD provision in Makah City
• Jan 2014: Gardenia Residence project in Jeddah City financed through NCBC (Al Ahli SEDCO Residential Development Fund with initial budget of SR. 350, 000, 000), constructed on land with size around 24, 000.00 M2 consists of 12-buildings (372 apartments ) with total built up area of around 92, 000.00 M2 & common gardens with huge parking (semi gated compound) including infrastructure & all services utilities connections related works such as ( electrical cabling, transformers supply with installation, piping works for water supply, sewage connection to main sewer public network, curb stone, sidewalks, asphalt works & electrical streets lights).
• Jan 2013: Transaction Pipeline (Land Subdivision, Residential Apartments, Compound & Hotel +Commercial) in Jeddah, Madinah & Makah - deputed in capacity of Senior Development Manager with Strategy & Investment Department
• Dec 2010: Five Star Hotel of 22 floors with total Built-Up Area of 48699 M2 & total budget of SR. 325, 000, 000(USD 86, 700, 000). Said hotel is located on Madinah Munwarah LOT 137 of harm central area. (100 % of Design package was completed by Saudi Diyar Consultants & 90% of the enabling works were executed; SEDCO Holding decided to stop the project execution because said LOT was included and considered as part of Madinah Harm extension end of year 2012 - Project Manager
• Dec 2010: AL MADA Residential Tower project consists of two towers of 89 floors at Jeddah Cornish beside Al-Nowrass roundabout with a total built up area of 460000 M2 on land size of 36235 M2 with a total budget of SR. 3, 262, 000, 000 (USD 870, 000, 000) 100 % of Design package was completed with Saudi Diyar as local Consultants & related working permits
Key Responsibilities:
• Empowering and inspiring project staff to achieve project success; solving problems, delivering strategic, analytical and conceptual thinking for successful completion through coordination of all efforts.
• Monitoring project progress and provided support in all project phases including right from design development, tendering/procurement process, execution, closing out, and until handing over of the project.
• Leading project executions preparing all project requirements such as materials, equipment, labors and subcontractors within the estimated cost, timeline and quality. Monitoring anticipating any possible delays and taking advance actions by devising contingency plans.
• Remedying any issues quickly and effectively with an aim to keeping projects moving and ensuring deadlines are not jeopardized.
• Reporting on the progress of construction projects to the senior management; reporting on daily, weekly, monthly project milestones and ensuring project specifications are complied.
• Driving project excellence by providing project strategy recommendations to enhance project value, ensuring efficient use of project resources (material/equipment and labor) in line with customer needs and set budgets.
• Responsible for technical oversight and approvals required for specific projects. Liaising with government authorities for seeking project approvals
• Tracking project performance and assigning responsibilities to project staff to deliver projects within defined margins and quality requirements and in accordance with SEDCO DEV’s policies and regulations.
• Overseeing the successful delivery of projects to scope, target cost, quality, program and completion encompassing engineering, construction, handover and commercial aspects, reporting the most accurate information to Chief Development Officer and handling project conflicts effectively.
