Senior project manager
Participate in establishing the Project Management Office governance by creating a standard framework, processes and procedures to follow for all enterprise projects.
Provide coaching to ensure project management standards are followed
Manage\Oversaw all projects-programs in the EPMO including business, IT, audit & compliance, and strategic initiatives.
Present regularly on the EPMO portfolio status for the Executive Management

Managing all the activities related to the transformation program (Temenos system) master plan and all related items (Dash boards, updates, follow up, Risks, Issue …)

Managed all vendors activities related to my projects such as contracts revision, vendor negotiation and vendor management
Sales process activities (sales calls, need & system dialogue and closing) for core banking solution
