PRISMA is a high tech. company specializes in design, manufacturing and erection of space frame structures; point fixed glazing systems and glazed cable structures for the most challenging, CAD/CAM architectural features and structural engineering solutions.
The company includes many fully computer controlled CNC machining centers, a water jet cutting center; and a special friction welding machine for the welding of tubular members.
I was taking full responsibilities, among others, in Production, Contracting, Procurement, Projects management, Finance, sales, marketing, engineering, R&D, HSE and QA/QC management.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implemented measurable metrics and guided principles to maximize contribution, and to mediate business relations to locate opportunities for increasing revenue and product expansion in the market.
Established business plans and production programs that led to greater return on investment and increase in revenue.
Liable for scheduling annual budgets, assessed cost divergences and applied measures to reduce expenses without compromising on quality.
Organized procurement; led negotiations with intimate suppliers and subcontractors and supervised all related logistics activities for transportation of materials.
Lead and facilitate annual business planning, ensure effective implementation of plans to achieve the desired financial and non-financial goals.

The company was established to provide engineering services and specialized in sheet metal works, decorative ceiling and wall cladding as well as CAD/CAM architectural features and structural engineering solutions.
I have invented and successfully implemented two new products from the scratch:
1- Sound proof Gen Set enclosure canopy (For Diesel Generators)
2- Acoustical louvers and “Noise Control Barrier walls”

• Orchestrated the installation of Raw material batch plant, three extruders and attached automatic cutters, two press machines with all related automatic cassette sorting and handling equipment and a continuous Brick Backing and curing Furnace (at 900º C)with automatic wagon progressing drives. As well as hot air drying rooms and final testing and packaging equipments.
Al Sharq is one the largest private establishments in Aleppo, Syria that has erected three Glass melting Furnaces with a capacity production of 20 Tons per day in each. The company also possesses Batch plants and a large number of table ware and Container production machinery.
Led a team of 10 industrial engineers in addition to various number of technicians in developing and programming process automation applications for generators, chemical production machinery and other computer controlled manufacturing centers.
Designed and implemented Automatic Process Control and Digital Data Acquisition systems, integrating measurements control with Power Electronics Drive machines and systems.
systems design and requirement specifications, planned hardware and software integration, validated and tested data integrity and compliance of all Industrial power supply and control devices.
Encoded and implemented production process software, using SIMATIC S5 & S7 Programmable Logic Controllers for most projects, and demonstrated deep proficiency in analyzing signal processing, sensors and Transducers functioning.

• Design Installation and commissioning of Control Equipment for Glass-Table ware Continuous Toughening Tunnel Oven Including:
Speed Control using Inverter and universal Controller
LPG Combustion and Temperature Control
Electrical Control Equipments for Blower Fans.
• Supervision of Installation and Commissioning of three Glass Melting Ovens and Three Feeding Channels.
• Installation for Three PLC controlled Glass Press with, Fire Edge Polisher, Annealing Lehr and .Two Continuous Toughening Ovens
• Installation of 3.2 MVA Power Station Including Three 1.6 MVA Stand by Generators for power supply of Two Glass Melting Furnaces, Capacity 40 Tons/day each.
• Retrofitting two Feeding Channels with temperature controllers, and servo motors
