It also included documenting the “To-Be” processes using flow charts and UML Use Cases.
•Developing an Information Systems Strategy for Qatar Charity www.qcharity.org. Held user group meetings to discuss the work processes in place, identified and developed the business processes in place, reviewed the processes with the Internal the Quality Assurance department and obtained signoff, developed inter-department process workflow.
•Process ISO 9000 Documentation for the Customer Services Department at Qatar Electricity and Water Corporation www.qewc.com. Used active observation to identify the processes in place, documented the existing processes using flow charts, reviewed the processes with the Internal Audit and Quality Assurance department and obtained signoff.
Worked on Lynxphere, specialized automotive software, developed using ASP.NET, & VB.NET.
