• Oversee over 5, 000 food safety and hygiene compliance inspections for hotels, malls, catering
companies, fine dining restaurants, quick service restaurants, cafeterias, food manufacturers, and
kitchen centers by demonstrating expertise in legal protocols and knowledge of risk-based inspections.

corrective action plans to support clientele, improving food safety and hygiene compliance by 75%.
• Supported 2 compliance internal audits for ISO 17020 standards at Dubai’s sea and airports.
Led inspections of imported food shipment inspections by air and seaports, including prepacked ready
to eat foods, raw foods, commodities, and processing and food additives by demonstrating extensive
knowledge of legal guidelines, health and safety protocols, and regulatory procedures.
• Organized, analyzed, and maintained over 26, 000 documents related to Department’s processes,
procedures, guidelines, and legal policies to ensure fast and easy retrieval and reference for all
personnel in the Food Safety Department’s Quality Management System.
• Coordinated in-depth labelling assessments and registration for all types of imported food items on Dubai
Municipality Databases.
