Jeddah stormwater masterplan project: The Jeddah stormwater masterplan program (JSWP) is a mega infrastructure project by Jeddah Municipality (AMANAH) where AECOM Arabia Ltd. is the design consultant for the project & is responsible for designing a sustainable stormwater infrastructure drainage network for the city of Jeddah to prevent a 1 in a 100 year flood event. AECOM’s scope of work is to deliver a stormwater infrastructure network for every neighborhood within Jeddah’s metropolitan area while coordinating with all relevant project stakeholders. The design works of the project commenced in 2018 by AECOM and are expected to be completed by the end of 2023. While the construction works of the project began in 2020 and are expected to be completed by 2026.

• Earned value analysis & project progress evaluation: updated project controls documents including WBS earned value, schedule & cost performance indexes (SPI & CPI).
• Contracts management: Successfully prevented a contractual penalty worth 5.5% of the total project awarded value by insuring project contractual obligations are fulfilled according to the contract scope of work (SoW), the government tender and procurement law, and its executive regulations.
• Responsible for the project financial documents, project invoicing/claims management, & project contracts management.
• Change management/project cost control: handled the project variation order requests to prevent project scope creep & mitigate any possible delays.
• Responsible for preparing a weekly project progress presentation to present to the PMO & client. A monthly project progress presentation for internal project review by AECOM’s management.
• Assisted in preparing technical engineering reports such as concept design reports & value engineering reports.

Water Pumps & Control Systems Sales: Retail sales engineer for a wide range of products from Grundfos, Schneider Electric, GE, & LS Electric including but not limited to main distribution panels, variable frequency drives (VFD), water pumps, multi-pump systems, & smart home systems.
• Estimated the cost of domestic water pump installation projects and provided price quotations to customers.
• Provided consultative sales to customers to ensure their requirements are being fulfilled by the products.
• Submitted purchase order requests for out of stock products and updated inventory logs.
• Prepared sales analysis reports to gain a better understanding of the most in-demand products and the most profitable products.
• Assisted in business development to potentially increase the annual revenue of sales.
