• Identify /plan promotional events, and deliver in consultation with Operations and VM`s.
• Pro-actively utilize available software/ systems and identify improvements / requirements for further action.
• Reviewing and updating WSSI for assigned category and reforecasting sales and margin on Strategic lines across business.
• Being a founding member of Milano eCommerce website which is Alshaya’s own Brand where my duties include development and execution of site merchandising and content strategies to drive sales and conversion growth and drive the Brand message.
• Work with customer insights and analytics data and analysis to support decision making and provide new ideas.
• Selection and purchase of Men’s shoes for a large retail outlet chain of 80 stores.
• Recognizing leading fashion trends and interpreted exclusive patterns with careful management of OTB and Margin throughout season.
• Overlook activities of price negotiations, quantities, and deliveries with vendors.
• Restructured buy to be more in line with Fashion ability and Customer profiles.
• Work with the Marketing team to deliver strategy both at store and social media level.
• Frequent store visits to monitor impact of range and competitor analysis.
