Maintenance of the property: To ensure and keep the property in a safe and habitable condition. Responsible for the physical management of the property, including regular maintenance and emergency repairs. • Performing preventative property maintenance to keep the property functioning in top condition.
Responsibilities towards tenants: Managing tenants is a core responsibility and they are involved in all areas, such as conduct site visit with potential clients and portray the array of services provided by the company. • Answer the queries of the clients generated via the property finder and arrange a site visits. Handling Leases: It includes arranging an appointment with the leasing team to obtain all the required documents to sign the lease agreement within the stipulated time to close the deal. Handling Move-In: When a tenant moves in, ensure all the necessary documents are properly submitted and filled by the tenant before handing over the apartment keys.
Supervising Responsibilities: Supervise the employees in the property, such as a housekeeping team, security personnel and landscaping team responsible for making sure they are doing their job.
Maintaining Records: Keep thorough records of the property. It includes all income and expenses; a list of all inspections, signed leases, maintenance requests, any complaints, Etc.

I was in charge of the stock and the quality control of the product as well as the follow-up and control of the sales points of the factory, studying the market to find the suitable market for marketing the product and bringing external delegates active in the same field to raise sales. My duties consisted also in convincing customers at the external level and provide facilities to bring a large number of contracts, opening a new production unit to produce other competing products, developing sophisticated marketing strategies to seize opportunities in the market. During my work for this company, we managed to achieve greater profitability compared to previous years.
