key responsibilities :
● Effectively plan, organize, and oversee construction projects from start to finish.
● Material quality and control and ensuring that all work is completed according to design and
specifications.
● Reviewing budgets, timelines, and resources, and managing teams of contractors,
subcontractors, and construction
workers.
● Ensuring that all work is executed and complying with specification and quality standards.
● Reviewing BOQ, variations & contractual claims in accordance with design documents.
● Responsible for preparing presentations and progress reports aligned with project milestones.
● Review and assign contractors and subcontractors, ensuring their qualifications and
capabilities align with project requirements and managing their performance throughout the
construction process.

Key Responsibilities:
● Assisting the Project Manager in reviewing shop drawings, design proposals, method
statements and contractual
documents.
● Reviewing BOQ, variations & contractual claims in accordance with design documents.
● Establishing an appropriate working relationship with the contractors.
● Monitoring contractor daily progress and ensuring its compliance with progress schedule.
● Monitoring direct construction, operations, and all ongoing activities at project site.
● Ensuring that safety measures within all activities in the project are complying with HSE
policies.
● Ensuring that contractor & subcontractor work and all Inspection requests is as per project
specifications and approved shop drawings

Key Responsibilities:
● Monitoring daily construction and ensuring that the project financing is scheduled properly.
● Arranging weekly meetings with Project Manager and Client representing the firm to
effectively discuss and
communicate project milestones and goals to be achieved.
● Ensuring that project work is completed is complying with contractual documents and project
specifications.
