1-Review the design of the electrical shop drawing, load schedule, SLD, cable route, switchgear, voltage drop, Lux calculation, lighting control system, street lighting, Dali system, cable laying, trenches and Surveillance system as well as electrical drawing of irrigation control panels, water feature system and firefighting fire alarm system, Plumbing, HVAC as per approved design and local authorities standards (ADDC, DEWA, ADCD, ADMCC, ADLM, Etisalat).
2- Regular site visits are required to ensure that the electrical installation is in alignment with the approved shop drawings, method statements, materials, local authorities' standards, and issued NCRs/SORs.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Designing of Electrical, water supply, drainage, HVAC Drawings as per costumer request and standard.
- Participate in various design review meetings and coordination with architect and civil division.
- Meeting with costumer to selecting of specification and vendor list approved.
- Reviewing shop drawings, method of statement, submittal materials, samples of material used in the project submitted by contractor according to specification and design approved.
- Analyzing electrical problems and develop the solution using the standard procedure and method
- Extend the maximum possible effort to avoid contractor claim for cost and /or delay.
- Review all construction documents and highlight any design.
- Conduct regular (daily) site inspection visits and supervise, verify the installation of all MEP works ensuring the contract documents and accepted practice .
- Verify the accuracy of the contractor’s “As-Built” drawing reflecting in detail the as-built conditions and approve them.
- Review the site progress and review payments submitted regarding of actual MEP works done at site according the deadline of project.
- Carry out the final inspection for certification of final completion and handing over of the work.

Duties & Responsibilities:-
- Preparation of Electrical Shop Drawings, load schedules and SLD by Auto-Cad and Auto-Desk Revit, as per of Regulation of ADDC, in addition follow all inspection request.
- Preparation BOQ and estimated of quotations to submit tender project.
- Review submittal compliance with project specification and scope of work.
- Follow-up and coordinate with suppliers about all submittal materials and samples to submit for consultant and approved.
- Coordinate with consultant regarding the all procedure of submittal Drawings, materials
According to specification, vendor list of the project and material inspection request to getting approval, request for information.
- Ensure the site works as per Approved shop drawings and coordination drawings.

1-Carry out test & commissioning stages for all electrical installations and equipment and prepare the relevant Closely monitor site activities and make sure works follow the approved shop drawing, method statement and project specifications.
2-Receipt of completed works, review daily Report, preparing monthly report for discussing with the project manager.
3-Maintained the safety measures at the site and ensured that all quality control regulations were met.
4-Documented the work conducted on the site and assisted the client in the inspection.
