Manage all operations and functions of the facility for client satisfaction and provide pro-active and effective leadership to the operations and maintenance team;
• Ensure compliance with all SOPs, HE regulations, policies, procedures, standards and guidelines for all activities on the facility;
• Manage the facility management in a manner consistent with the Client's global standard processes and professional brand image and compliant with applicable local laws, rules and regulations;
• Responsible for delivering contract short-term and long-term strategic goals, preparation, presentation and subsequent achievement of the contract annual budgets, profits, revenue and ensure all decisions are made in the best interest of the contract;
