1. Coordinate with Manager, Corporate Excellence in supplier deal negotiations and
event budget preparation.
2. Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external
stakeholders to facilitate sustainability-related communications and initiatives.
Participate in cross-functional sustainability committees or task forces. Support
sustainability-related events and campaigns.
3. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal stakeholders, such as employees
and management, to raise awareness about sustainability goals and promote
sustainable behaviors within the organization. Collaborate with external
stakeholders, such as suppliers and community partners, to foster sustainable
relationships and initiatives.
4. Training and Education: Support the development and delivery of sustainability
training programs for employees. Promote awareness of sustainability-related
issues and educate colleagues on sustainable practices and their benefits at the
level of AlSayer Group.
5. Reporting and Documentation: Assist in preparing sustainability reports,
including data collection, analysis, and report writing. Ensure accuracy and
integrity of sustainability-related data. Contribute to the companys sustainability
communications and disclosures.
6. Collect customer and employee suggestions from locations on weekly basis,
forward them to respective managers and update feedback log.
7. Research and Compliance: Stay updated on environmental regulations, industry
trends, and best practices in sustainability. Conduct research to identify
innovative solutions and technologies that can enhance the companys
sustainability performance. Ensure compliance with relevant sustainability
standards and certifications.
8. Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyze data related to energy
consumption, waste generation, water usage, and other sustainability metrics.
Identify areas for improvement and track progress towards sustainability
targets.
9. Project Support: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of
sustainability projects and initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to
implement sustainable practices, such as energy efficiency measures, waste
reduction programs, and recycling initiatives.
10. Knowledge of sustainability frameworks, standards, and reporting guidelines
(GRI, ESG) is a plus.
11. Attend meetings on behalf of the board members as requested and submit
summary of meetings to them.
12. Supervise set up and arrangements for open days and sports activities.
13. Represent and collect the trophy on behalf of board member for sponsorship
events and other events like Perfect Mother Award, Traffic Week, and National
day of Disabled solidarity.
14. Arrange gift items & publicity material for the department for various events.
15. Check and sort all sponsorship requests before forwarding them to the
marketing team for further approval.
