I have 14 years experience in hydrocarbon processing industry (pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, operation, shutdown) in different position asshift supervisot Control Room Operator, Senior Operator, Operator Technician, PTW-Shutdown Coordinator, Supervisory level. I worked in different projects and with reputed international companies like BHP BILLITON, Eni, Saipem, Sonatrach demonstrating excellent performance in different work conditions and achieving final desired result.and also us corrosion supervisor

I initiate most operating activities, using a system & radio to coordinate operating changes, implement operating procedures & troubleshoot.
I have experience and training in first response measures during emergencies & major plant breakdowns. I create added value supporting customers to optimize performance, maintain production and reduce operating costs.

• Monitor outside process equipments and devices and ensure safe and correct operability.
• Adjust and controls process operation as require, perform and execute different tasks and operations requested by Panel operators.
• Declare any equipments fault or failure and any abnormal operation.
• Ensure availability and operability of fire fighting system, fire pumps, fire ring, and deluge and foam systems.
• Managing outside process during process upset or shutdown and troubleshooting
• Monitor storage areas; LPG, Condensate, hot oil, amine, methanol, diesel and treating chemicals…
• Start, Stop and monitor major rotary and static equipments (Pumps, Turbine Compressors, Turbo-expander, heaters, oxidizer …)
• Ensure operability of utilities units and packages; water treatment unit, air service unit, instrument air package, nitrogen skid
• Prepare process units or production equipment for maintenance job including: shutting down equipment or unit, applying process isolation, depressurization, draining, washing, venting and nitrogen purge.
• Assist to work place risk assessment and tool box talk meeting.
• Control PTW (permit to work) sheet including signatures and requires certificates.
• Monitor and follow-up works in progress and ensure to be done safely.
• Prepare process units or production equipment for start up after maintenance job including: washing, nitrogen purge, de-isolation, line up, walk line, leak test, filling, pressurizing, testing and bring back to service.
• Applied instructions and procedures and follow different check list and HSE policy to perform safe operation.
• Connection and supply of new domestic customers with natural gas
• Studies and followed by network expansion projects gas steel and polyethylene
• Hydrostatic testing and radiography for weld line for copper fittings and polyethylene
• Verification and control of internal subscribers for gas networks
• Installation of meters and regulators for new customers
• Interviews low relaxation stations; medium and high pressure
• Calculation and measurement of peak consummation and load shedding program
• Care and Handling of block valves gas network
• Subscriptions cathodic protection of buried steel network against potential corrosion
• Receive complaints and customer of intervention that failure or claims
• monitoring and analyses of potentiel Steel gas line
