Responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of software applications in order to streamline business operations, including optimizing software application performance, installing updates, and performing debugging procedures.
- Deploy, configure, integrate and test the implemented solution based on Technical and Business requirements, this entails initiating the process by uploading a comprehensive Change Request (CR) on the client portal, subsequently navigating through the approval cycle with diligent follow-up.
- Troubleshooting and supporting during DEV, UAT & production environment.
- Execution of queries on event streaming component.
- Work with multiple teams for successful resolution of issues and incidents.
- Design & Implement clustering engines (Kafka clusters, HDFS nodes, ).
- Designing, developing, deploying & maintaining the project’s data warehouse infrastructure.
- Perform data analysis required to troubleshoot data-related issues and assist in the resolution of data issues.
Work with Client team, shopper team and engineering team to consult on data usage across their operational data.
- Automate and analyze data on placed order on the SQL database.
- Optimize and generate KPIs reports (SSRS, Excel and crystal reports) for the located orders and its areas, stores, etc...
- Monitor, maintain and follow-up Digital stores & activities and its cancelation rate.
- Testing new versions (Client & Shoppers) by designing and executing test cases.
- Analyzes customer and agents with reported problems and reports to appropriate channels problem areas in products.
- Instructs users on use of software products, and manuals.
- Refers major software problems to service personnel/development department for correction.
- Reports all problems, which might affect total customer operation and shoppers’ issues and results verification.
- Diagnose research, troubleshoot and identify solutions to software issues.
- Familiarity with help desk software (Helpscout, JIRA, Trello, ..).
Automate and Transform control systems with ETL tools and analyze to DWH.
- Replicating many data servers to Hub server and present power reports for optimizing project KPIs.
- Building utilities used SQL server complex query, C# to organize & distribute monthly pay slip salaries details also with the same tools we publish Employee Appraisal utility to calculate the average evaluation.
- Establish and automated tools using SQL server, ETL process and SSRS reports to collect, clean and generate checklist reports from engineering sheets.
- Create ETL tool to automate site progress reports and drawing acknowledge by project consultant.
- Create digital signature procedures and SQL functions for some CCC control systems (Procurement & attendance).
- Automate Site & QC reports and generate KPIs reports using SQL server, SSIS and Power BI to generate Site KPIs reports, Procurement dashboard, Subcontractors payments, and project hand over.
- Trainer: Provide supervision and training to Engineers and system operators with guides and workshops needed for functional and technical training.
