1- Accessing the project documents and circulars issued to work accordingly.
2- Assisting the supervising engineer in handing over the site.
3- Helping the supervising engineer to open the files necessary to save the project documents, to preserve them and facilitate reference to them.
4- Prepare a journal to record the daily workflow reports.
His duties in the executive stage are as follows
:
1- Cooperating with the supervising engineer and abiding by his instructions during the implementation stages, and coordinating with him in all matters.
2- Monitor the materials and works that are being executed at the site, and ensure that they comply with the specifications.
3- Guiding the contractor's workers during the various implementation phases.
4- Inventory of the work carried out daily.
5- Inventory of the daily bringing (supplies) to the site.
6- Verify the safety of storing the supplied materials.
7- Assist the supervising engineer in monitoring the contractor's equipment.
8- Preparing daily reports.
9- Participating with the contractor in taking samples and conducting tests on them.
10- Supervising and auditing the works that are being implemented at the site, and ensuring their conformity with the plans and specifications.
11- Inform the supervising engineer of any violations or defects that he sees during implementation, and make sure that the contractor avoids all observations.
