• Manage all Facets of the daily tasks, ensuring compliance with the University policies and regulations.
• Explore and establish relationships with other units and divisions within the university and other registration units of other universities for benchmarking and improvements purposes.
• Create and maintain accurate students’ academic records in compliance with applicable policies, laws and regulations.
• Establish daily business practices which reflect the most advanced technological methods available to improve customer service.
• Make student data available in easily accessible formats to department for administrative purposes and research.
• Manage compilation of information, such as class schedules, final exam time tables and graduation requirements.
• Coordinate dissemination of information on courses offered and procedures learners are required to follow in order to register, add and/or drop courses, obtain and generate grade transcripts or letters.
• Communicate effectively with the learners, instructional faculty, administrators, university departments, partner institutions, etc.
• Coordinate with accessibility, admission and learner services Management units to ensure smooth learners processes.
Administer registration services in order to offer a high level of care and customer service.
Implement university policies and procedures regarding student registration, records, class schedules, instructional space scheduling, academic advising, graduation requirements and alumni.
Provide information and guidance to all concerned on matters pertaining to University programs, courses, policies, procedures, curriculum and general university information
Respond proactively to students / parents issues and concerns
Prepare statistical reports on student attendance, class size etc. as required.
Offering online complaints support to the customer in professional manner.
- Create and update cases with the details of diagnosis and solutions provided.
