Government Relation and Human Resources Manager
 Reviewing current human resources policies, procedures, documentation and systems to identify needs for improvement and enhancement of the HR function as well as to ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
 Development of the Human Resources Department by Updating company policies to better serve the business, and to be in compliance with labor laws.
 Systematically reviewing all aspects of human resources.
 Review all new contracts to make sure it is within compliance with company interior policy
 Flow up with the company expediters for staff residency renewals.
 Obtaining the entire necessary license for the business in Kuwait and the GCC area.
 Overseeing payroll.
 Oversee the recruitment's and interviewing new candidates for vacant positions.
