Dolmen mall is basically huge Real Estate brand working in Major cities of country. Currently, there are three operational branches in Karachi at Dolmen Clifton, Hyderi & Tariq Road. However, the group is expanding its Tenancy provision at Clifton branch by incorporating 72 Floors new Towers. Similarly, the group expanding its branches of Shopping Mall and Tenancy in Lahore.
• Responsible to Lead the Sky Towers from scratch to Handing to Maintenance of all Electrical issues for Sky Towers, Harbour Front building, Mall and Corporate Office Block.
• Conserving the Utilities of above mentioned buildings including Generators, Transformers, and MV/LV switchgear panels.
• Proficient in handling site operations, quality service and timely completion of the projects along with Testing and Commissioning of 11KV power system products.
• Indoor and outdoor substation and substation equipment’s with all type of Instrumentation Transformers, Power Transformer, circuit breakers, Panels.
• Total 20Mw watt power supply are being maintained i.e. 12Mw of existing facility and 8Mw for new towers.
• Scheduled maintenance of all the Generators, MV/LV panels, Transformers and DBs.
• Protection end to end Test for line feeders, Overall stability test for line feeders, Cable & Transformer feeders and troubleshooting of all Electrical circuits, control & protection circuits.
• Transformer protection, Transformer Differential Protection & REF Protection, Bus Bar protection and synchronizing scheme.
• Modification in scheme for line feeders, cable feeders, transformer feeders, incomer feeders in upgrading into numerical relays by removing electro mechanical relays.
• Conducting design engineering, drawing and equipment layout and handling design approvals.
• Assist management and director technical for Planning, Scheduling and Monitoring of the Projects, contracts management, project control, optimize staff, risk management, budgeting and management of complete project as well overall maintenance planning, management and execution activities in plant.
• Anchoring Testing & commissioning of electrical equipments & system ensuring completion of project in minimum turnaround time with an effective resource utilization to maximize the output.
• Responsible for preparation of Budget for Facility Management division of complete year for entire projects and maintenance activities including purchasing of equipment, material and renewal of contracts and services of machines.
• Management of project team, site execution, contractors, price negotiations, cost control initiatives, project progress reports & presentation to management daily, weekly and monthly basis regarding overall status of the project and site execution reports, after successful completion of projects implement proper commissioning and handing over activities, implement HSE and manage spare parts.
• To prepare technical details & specifications of equipment/machinery to be ordered, ordering, receiving, inspection & handling of equipment/machinery involved in projects, execution & follow up of project activities through contractors/3rd parties, assign & control facility management, infrastructure, MEP etc.

1. Scrutinize and Bidding the Tender Documents after detail analysis of Specification and Drawings.
2. Continuous collaboration and synchronization with client to neutralize the issues.
3. Planning & scheduling of entire project to meet client estimated target dates.
4. Ordering and Procurement of all the Material as specified in RFQs.
5. Responsible to supervise the complete project including construction of underground cable duct bank and cable pulling pits, construction of Earthing pits, laying of Earthing cables.
6. Installation of G.I piping/Cable trays for laying of power cables (Gantry Pumps, Product Pump house & Storage Tanks) with explosion fittings and termination provisions.
7. Internal and external lighting of the Terminal with procurement of Poles, lights and fitting of G.I pipe and termination of cables with proper procedures.
8. Solely controlling and managing the team of Engineers, supervisors, electricians, welders and helpers of 35 member team in parallel with other civil & mechanical contractor designated for Electrical works.
9. Responsible for checking and verifying the bill from Contractors as well posting the invoices to Client with proper measurement sheets, supporting documents and as built drawings.
10. Ensuring all the work with continuous Safety measures and HSE protocols.
11. Synchronization of Electrical job with Civil and Mechanical works.
12. Generating the RFIs, RAs & QIPs for entire work to the client in order to submit the proper project documentation with quality and in time.

1. Inspection and analyzing the specification of the client to abstract the final requirement of client and standards to follow.

2. Planning, Scheduling (as per customer requirement) and Designing of switchgear Panels.
Attending meetings and Correspondence with client regarding the changes in the design either with respect to Load or site conditions.

3. Responsible for all the site Electrical work, ensuring the co-ordination with other facilities (Civil & Mechanical) of the Project.

4. Entirely responsible for 8 different Zones of Jeddah International Airport i.e. for installation, testing and commissioning of LV Panels.

5. Core responsibility to check out the final design from client, preparing panel drawings, manufacturing of panels and timely delivery.

6. Highlight the changes from client and GEDAC proposal department to release the price adder as per changes.

7. Accountable for all price adders as per changes and confirm the approval from the client.

8. Supervising the teams of FDBs division at site as well as within office to inline designing, delivering and installation at site.

1. Adept in Design, Tendering, Estimation, Planning of projects for adopting modern methodologies in compliance to quality standards.

2. Initial project conceptualization and report submission, space mark up for RMU rooms, Transformer, LV and Generator rooms according to DEWA 2009 regulations, corresponding with architecture to allocate the appropriate size of space mark ups and shaft sizes with proper spacing of cables or busbar risers, submission of basic schematic diagram keeping in view all the electrical loads of HVAC and Plumbing.

3. Co-ordination with interpersonals and Architects, Preparation of Technical Specifications for complete Projects Design, Tender & Construction Drawings Preparation.

4. Designing and supervision of lighting for over head bridges, under passes, apartments, parking and corridors of several zones according to ASHRAE and IHG design standard through DIAlux software considering the dimensions, type of the fixtures, light density and installation method.

5. Arrangement of Electrical supply through MV/LV network or required Substation, proposed number of Lighting Control Panels (LCP) according to estimated load and controlling the lights during different hours of the day. Finalization of Load Estimation, Schematic Drawing, DB Sizing, DB scheduling and Cable Calculation with respect to ADAC 2007 regulations.

6. Preparation of MV and LV panels, Transformer, Generators layout, Lighting and Power layout, Cable Tray layout, Electrical Piping and Conduiting layout, External Lighting Layout, Substation and MCC Room Layout Complete Power Distribution Scheme layout, Formation of Earthing pits, review of drawings and collaboration with clients for finalizing the design.

1. Experience in Estimation of all the electrical Activities of MEP and including Designing, planning & scheduling new electrical works in the project. Preparation of As Built Drawings for all the systems.

2. Planning for the Substations including MV/LV panel and transformer rooms, Load Estimation, Single Line Diagram, DB scheduling and Cable calculation through SIMARIS. Appropreiate Generator sizing to cater the emergency load of plant and dedicated supply for emergency fire equipment.

3. Preparation of inquiry documents about Technical Specifications, BOQ’s, Drawings, Equipment and Shop Layout, as per Project requirements for complete Electrical Systems.

4. Involved in Procurement and installation of MV and LV Panels, Transformers, Generators (10MW Self Generators), Lighitng Calculation with respect to CIBSE Standard using DIAlux software, Cables, Conduits, Hot Dipped Galvanized Cable Trays, Wiring Devices, Lighting Fixtures.

5. Floating Enquiries to Suppliers / Manufacturers for obtaining quotations. Ensuring timely submission of all Material submittal, Prequalification, Sample and follow up till approval.

6. Supervision of all Electrical activities to ensure all Electrical activities are in accordance with approved drawings and specifications. Monitors the installation and commissioning of the project.
