SAP implementation and support, SAP Roles and Authorization, IT Strategy, IT Budgeting, IT Roadmap,
Looking after the Sourcing (Especially high value Silk & Bio Cotton) & Procurement of fabric, Labels etc. from all over India and Asia viz China, Taiwan, Indonesia, Hong Kong, etc.
Fabric Sample Developments (Lab Dips, Swatches, Hangers etc.) as per the requirement.
Coordinating with the Subcontracting Vendors-Printing, Dyeing, Embroidery, finishing etc.
Coordinating for Fabric testing (SGS etc.) & approval based on predefined buyer standards/norms.
Raw Material (Fabric etc.) & other services cost bargaining & Order placing.
Follow up with the Vendor/Supplier as well as with the Transporter to ensure that the fabric, Labels & finished product will be in housed On Time in Full.
Coordinating with Commercial Department for LC opening & Vendor Payment.
