1. Proof of Concept for Sophos UTM, Endpoint, Web Appliance, Email Appliance, Safeguard Encryption, KEMP SLB/ADC, Elfiq Link Balancer
2. On site and Remote Implementation Services for customers on behalf of Partners in the region across the Middle East.
3. Meeting with customers along with Sales Team to understand customer requirements and suggest a solution.
4. Management of the POC demo equipment.
5. Assisting Sales Team in creating BOQ by doing Sizing after understanding the customers requirement.
1.) Remote Network Monitoring & Management using different tools like Nagios Vantage, Ubersmith - Ecare, Nagios Alerter, Assets Management etc.
2.) Troubleshoot Dedicated Internet Access (DIA), MPLS, MPLS + DIA circuits.
3.) Accessing & troubleshooting downed circuits based on the type of circuits, OFF NET or ON NET using different tools available.
4.) Carrier interaction for troubled circuits and respective follow-ups.
5.) Ensuring good Customer Service & Response within specified amount of time.
6.) Managing Solarwinds NPM. Configuring CPE devices.
7.) Adding Managed Services Tacacs on CPE Devices.
8.) Making CPE links reachable from the Server through the MPLS Cloud.
9.) Troubleshoot MPLS Link down issues.
10.) Performing Activities to resolve known issues & co-ordinate with Solarwinds Technical Support for the Resolution of the same.
11.) Responsible for Managing the Server & the Network Devices.
