The main task responsibility is to develop new coating systems by synthesis organic and inorganic nanocomposite anti-corrosion coating.
❖ Supervision duties of junior master students and final year degree students.
❖ Preparing materials and samples related to the research and doing various types of experiments (i.e., EIS, SEM, FTIR, TGA).
❖ Carry out research work (planning, preparation of samples, data entry, and data analysis).
❖ Carry out other relevant duties as required such as preparing agenda, coordinating and organizing meetings, preparing minutes of meeting and organizing workshops.
Preparation and Investigation of Novel Composite Coating System with Superior Corrosion Protection for Aluminum Micro-Channel Heat Exchanger.
The main task responsibilities are:
❖ To study the failure mechanisms of the heat exchanger pipes due to pitting corrosion.
❖ To develop hybrid coating system capable of guarantee the long last working state of heat exchanger pipes without corrosion failure risk.
❖ To determine the optimum numbers of the coating layers and the best thickness of each layer in term of guaranty the best barrier properties.
❖ To evaluate the fabricated coating system in term of electrochemical behavior, surface morphology, thermal stability, physical, and mechanical properties.
❖ To investigate the influence of heating-cooling working circles on the cracks formation and its propagation and, therefore, its effect on the stability of the developed anticorrosion coating system.
❖ To obtain a full description of how to fabricate, apply, and control the quality of the final products.

Master of Technology (M. Tech) with CGPA 4 / 4 Thesis Title: Preparation and Characterization of Hybrid Organic − Inorganic Nano Composite Coating.
