Coordinating all business activities between principle and distributor (Sunbulah group )in Saudi.
Developing sales plans/targets for annual years.
Following up to have the best execution in the stores across regions.
Developing the marketing plans retails and wholesale, vans channels with joining the sales team visits on the
ground.
Developing and supervising direct marketing programs by contacting the advertising agencies.
Developing promotions, advertising, and sampling sessions in coordination with the management and
agencies.
Following up on forecasted volume and arranging the shipment from factory to ensure no out of stock
situation.
Ensure the full tracking on freshness reports to avoid any short-dated issues.
Proposing the new ideas of initiatives for having other new items.
Reviewing the market share reports for such periods to control the share in the market and keep the follow
up on new brands.
