• Analyzes drawing to determine the scope of work and materials

• Responsible in actual site progress and forecasted schedule in direct
submission to the construction manager.

• Direct supervision of the implementation of all detailed structural
work, which includes reinforcement, installation, checking, survey
verification (setting-out, level, verticality) and concreting/formworks
prior to checking of consultant.
• With direct coordination of the corresponding consultants.
• Manage man-power, make daily adjustments to meet program, check
productivity and correct inefficiencies.
• Follow up all finishing work (plastering, painting, gypsum board,
tiling).
• Review contractor’s offers and choose the best negotiate in his
prices.
• Revise the main BOQ of the project by compares consultant
quantities with our calculated quantities then give comments tothe
consultant.
• Handling monthly payment certification, invoices and preparation of
progress reports.
• Review shop drawings and design changes in coordination with
structural, architectural ….etc.
• Supervise and controlling the sub-contractors and inspector to
insure the QC aspects.
