- Effectively leading total of 17 employees and controlling the store operation flow to achieve the annual and monthly KPI’s
- Ensure customer satisfaction and managing complains
- Supporting the Omni channel team and business
- Analyzing latest marketing trends and tracking competitors’ activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales & marketing strategies.
- Communicate the weekly & monthly commercial reports to the top management
- Implementing the monthly promotional plans
- Coordinating operational issues with external suppliers for in-store brands
- Setting the monthly sales target by employee and support them to achieve it
- In-Store initiatives and developments to support in optimizing the operating cost and achieving sales Targets

Provide exceptional customer service to foster client loyalty and satisfaction
Achieve individual and store sales and KPI indicators by maximizing every opportunity to make sales
develop acceptable solutions and make recommendations to the management of the store appropriately
Mange opening and closing procedures and recommend changes to enhance efficiency of daily activities
Training new employees using product and company knowledge and sales strategies through leading by example

Take the responsibility of the store in all sections:
- Cashiering: by helping in do the pilling for customer and Control the cash money in the store
- Customer serves: by make sure that the store is providing every and each customer a high level of serves
- VM, stock control: by observing the level of the stock and the best / non sailing stock and take the action to improve the stock movements,
- Stock order: by dealing with the suppliers and ordering the stock with arranging the delivery to the store
