Manage several projects for “RAK Municipality” such as ECM, Data Cleansing beside handling all the projects related to Land sector and properties section. With progressive experience in Activity and resource planning, Organizing and motivating a project team, Controlling time management, Ensuring customer satisfaction, Analyzing and managing project risk, Monitoring progress and Managing reports and necessary documentation.

Duties & Achievements:
• Project Manager for Government Recourse Planning (GRP) for Land Department using SAP technology (successfully implemented 109 Services for land department).
• Project Manager for the Centralized ECM solution for RAK Government Departments (11 Departments till now).
• Project Manager for Backlog Project for 5 government departments.
• Project Manager for RAK Land Department (responsible of all the projects related to Land Department).
• Follow up the projects status and manage the process flow of the Projects.
• Business Analyst for the Centralized ECM solution for RAK Government Departments.
• Business Analyst for RAK Land Department.
• Collect requirements, Design Diagrams, make a full study documents (SRS & BRS) for the Government Departments.
• Receive and study the RFPs and make a reports and Bid Assessments to take the decision and choose the suitable Vendor and products.
• Acting as prime communication channel between Government Departments & the Vendors to achieve the best results.
Duties & Achievements:
• Collect requirements, Design Diagrams, make a full study of the big projects and prepare the system requirement specification that considered as official document to fully build the projects.
• Supporting the development teams with application configuration, deployment and technical issues, Oracle and SQL database administration, backup and recovery process, export / import and maintenance of databases.
• Acting as prime communication channel between customers & development team.
• First level technical support managing day-to-day customer's calls & Problems.
