• Solve Customer Complaints with (Optimization & Planning the Area)
• check performance & Monitoring sites on U2000, Trace on Nastar, Physical Action Taken, update the Remedy system with every movement Daily, for all the workflow.
• Strong experience with Multi-Carrier - Multi-Band LTE, UMTS, and GSM Networks.
• Expert experience in the understanding, tuning, and Optimization of LTE, UMTS and GSM Parameters and Features.
• Strong knowledge of LTE, UMTS and GSM Performance Counters and KPIs.
• Dynamic tasks: check inter and intra HO then check each sell serving in its main beam and make sure there are no VSWR and UL INTERFERENCE.
• Static tasks: check GSM, UMTS and LTE: SMS, MMS, voice call, video call, FTP UL, FTP DL, CSFB, VOLTE.
• Hands on Experience in Drive Testing, Optimization Coverage test, Generating reports and log file analyses.
• Drive test and Field Optimization of 3G (WCDMA) and GSM wireless telecom networks.
• Experience in Pre / Post processing tools i.e. MAPINFO, ACTIX.
• WCDMA Radio Optimization in the form of Drive-Testing, Neighbor List and Database Optimization which includes Pilot Pollution & Coverage check.
• Analysis of TEMS measurements (GSM/UMTS) and statistics to decide the need to new sites either for traffic, coverage or quality.
• WCDMA Radio Optimization in the form of Drive-Testing, Neighbor List and Database Optimization which includes Pilot Pollution & Coverage check.
• Collect the data and record readings by TEMS Investigation.
