In my Masters in Operations & Logistics Management at the University of Surrey, UK. I was exposed to a new opportunity that I enjoyed exploring. Studying with student from around the world enabled me to interact and communicate with people that were different in their thought process as well as working styles. The degree itself was of my great interest and being exposed to different approaches and softwares to complete the task enabled me to out grow the fear of known territory. At the university I had the work on SAP ERP where we did cases and made ourselves familiar with the interface. The masters familiarised us with ERP SAP ECC 6.0, Microsoft project & Microsoft Office suite. I have thorough knowledge of master data creation and maintenance of all the business processes ranging from Logistics, FI, HCM, BI/BW, Inventory Management, and Project Systems to Controlling at the end user level.

Our degree was a general degree in business administration however a few electives were offered in order to direct the degree towards a particular field. we had various projects some of which are highlighted below.
Projects
Final Year Research Project:
Empirical research project on the change in consumer perception after implementation of pictorial warning sign on cigarette packs using both direct and projective techniques to analyze hidden motives/perceptions of consumers.
Entrepreneurship:
Designed a business plan of bringing a 3D cinema in Islamabad involving a comprehensive analysis of the market and funding bodies to gather funds.
International Business:
Studied and compared the standing and working environment of Shell Pakistan, Oman & Malaysia.
Project Management:
Devised a plan to successfully run an event. Coordination of resources and funds on the right time to achieve the dead lines of each task.
Management Information System:
Carried out analysis of the use of information system at Pizza Hut Islamabad.
The project focused on providing solutions & identifying the loophole in their system.
Marketing Research:
Designed and analyzed the market for Victoria Secret’s cosmetic line in Islamabad. A comprehensive research was done in order to devise a marketing plan. Focus groups, expert opinions, questionnaires were used to support our research
