• Responsible for establishing operational Procedures for the warehouse such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, Handling and Disposition of materials, keeping warehouse inventory accurate, and ensuring the Warehouse is clean and orderly.
• Monitoring and managing the daily operations effectively by ensuring strict implementation of TAT across processes.
• Develops and maintains ISO-level operation guidelines and complies with company-identified metrics which include communication with participants in the value chain: managers, officers, employees, suppliers, creditors, and consumers.
• Excellent skills in consensus building, organization, and proven acumen to develop effective strategies and policies to achieve an optimum cost of services and streamline the overall distribution function within the Required time, budget, and quality standards.
• Reviews Projected Profit/Loss statements provided by management and develops strategies and processes to achieve more productive outcomes in the actual P/L statement.
• Prepare and maintain records and reports of inventories and shortages. Shipments and goods used or issued.
• Schedule and follow-up preventive maintenance of warehouse equipment, forklift, Vehicle, Batteries, loading docks, rolling doors, ventilation fans, racking system, negative air pressure air filters, etc.
• Assisting in the receipt of all incoming and outgoing orders.
• Ensure that Finished Goods QC standards are maintained.
• Ownership and maintenance of all warehouse systems and spaces, particularly the opening and closing of the facility each day.
• Aiding in the management of the warehouse team and motivating staff.
• Ensures that all procurements related to facilities and equipment are on time and cost-effective.
• Tracking and managing warehouse projects to hit deadlines while balancing team resources.
• Maintain accuracy of inventory levels by conducting full Physical inventory and periodic cycle counts.
• Ensure an average daily ship rate of 100%.

• Prepare and collate purchase orders and purchase requisitions for a purchase order of materials and finished Goods.
• Prepare and collate services and supplies in ERP.
• Maintain strict adherence to Occupational Health and Safety guidelines at all times to keep safety standards high.
• Guaranteeing that all warehouse processes run smoothly while looking for opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Hold monthly Safety Meetings with warehouse staff.
• Develop strategies to improve cycle count performance, stock check accuracy, and the reduction of inventory adjustments
• Oversee maintenance programs for equipment and machinery.
• Administering stock control, Managing returns, and rejections professionally & promptly with suppliers.
• Compliance with health and safety legislation, safeguarding warehouse operations.
• Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees, achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variance; and initiating corrective actions.

• To monitor stock availability status and ensure that inventory is maintained at the 'just right level to avoid pressure on working capital.
• Coordinate with Logistics & distribution team to optimize on network & planned scheduled supplies, inter warehouse
movements
• Coordinate with the Product supply team to get fresh stocks on time and highlight any constraints to the Sales team in advance
• Requirement Analysis:- Coordinating with the concerned production team and getting an estimation about the required materials to know the right plan and right quantity of the stocks.
• Ordering and Receiving:- Ensuring ordering the right quantity to avoid overstocking and receipt of material as per specifications to avoid any shrinkage.
• Warehouse Management/ Stock Management:-
• Ensuring proper and safe storage of all items in the Warehouse implementing FIFO & LIFO as required and easy retrieving.
• Ensuring regular stock-taking to avoid shrinkage
• MIS Reporting & Documentation:- Timely updating of the management through weekly/fortnightly and monthly MIS reports.
• Maintaining Document control: Ensuring proper documentation of inward and outward material, invoices, compliances, notices, etc.
• ERP Management & People Management: - Ensuring proper recording and updating of transactions in ERP.
• Ensuring a healthy, safe, and conducive working environment in the Warehouse for the team.
• Liquidation of the stocks: Coordinating with the Production department for timely consumption of the material to write off inventory
• Dispatch of Finished goods: Handling dispatch of material ensuring adherence to the specifications viz. type of material, quality, quantity, etc. from the Warehouse to the Customers.
• Coordinating with PPC and Logistic dept. for timely loading and release of cargo for sales.

Ensure the on-time collection and delivery of shipments.
Ensure that shipments are scanned at relevant destination points to ensure proper tracking.
Ensure that all relevant paperwork for each shipment is completed and attached where required.
Prepare international shipments for customs by ensuring proper tariffs are completed and attached.
Decide on shipping methods and routes for cargo.
Advise clients regarding payment options for cargo and assist with cargo booking inquiries.
Prepare all required bills for landing and any other documents as required.
Record cargo information such as size, weight, and dimensions.
Assist with the tracking of lost or missing shipments.
Estimate and negotiate shipping rates or postal rates with clients and suppliers.
