Lead the development of wellbeing course and training resources for both face-to-face and online based on the Teacher Professional Development (TPD) Frameworks and design thinking principles.
Develop plans to implement and roll out the relevant wellbeing trainings for teachers and supervisors.
Develop training plans, materials, and tools.
maintain effective communication with training participants through different means.
