▪ Billing and Invoicing: Generating and issuing invoices for insurance premiums, policy renewals, endorsements, and other insurance-related services. This involves calculating premium amounts based on policy terms, coverage, and applicable rates. Coordinating with the finance team to ensure timely collection of premium payment from clients
▪ Pricing and Quotation: Generating and issuing accurate and timely insurance quotations to agents, brokers, or clients by gathering the necessary information, such as policyholder details, risk factors, and coverage requirements. Assessing the risk factors and determining appropriate pricing for insurance policies based on underwriting analysis and guidelines.
▪ Enrolment: Accurately entering enrollment data into the insurance company's systems or databases. Reviewing applications and supporting documents to determine the eligibility of individuals or groups for insurance coverage. This involves assessing factors such as age, medical history, pre-existing conditions, and any other eligibility criteria set by the insurance company.
▪ Documentation and Reports: Maintaining comprehensive records of enrollment tasks performed, Invoices and quotations issued, including dates, terms, conditions, and any special considerations

- Handling of Safer Payment cases within TAT (i.e., To monitor system alerts for suspicious transactions,
call customers for verification, and report action as per the standard operating process)
- Handling of fraud monitoring and performing review analysis of Fraud cases
- Performing CPV activities of all eligible loans and cards within TAT (i.e., Customer verification/
Document verification, HR verification)
- Performing all assigned Authorization tasks within TAT (i.e., Debit/Credit card activation and blocking,
card recovery, online daily limit transfer change, CRM Service Requests, travel plan, Email Fraud Alerts,
VRM, FRM)
- Performing all other activities assigned by the Line Manager and Department Head

 Responsible for providing research assistance to the faculty member on a particular research project i.e. conducting literature reviews, collecting and analyzing data and other Research tasks as assigned by faculty member.

1. Providing tutorials and help sessions for undergraduate students. 2. Providing Research Assistance to the faculty members. 3. Assisting faculty members in their course handouts as instructed by the supervision of department. 4. Other additional Academic or Research duties as assigned by the department chair.

Performing financial analysis of Al Faisal companies and carrying out other audit assignments as assign by the managers.
