Overseeing BDM's performance and ensuring targets are achieved, met and exceeded •Liaising with BDM's to identify and strategically meet client requirements to benefit customers and subsequently business growth •Using analytical methods to identify gaps in the market in order to raise client numbers and substantiate business. •Creating challenging yet achievable monthly targets for BDM's monitoring there progress and using mentoring to ensure this is achieved or exceeded. •Liaising with suppliers, first point of contact for negotiations, overlooking contracts and customer profiles. •Overlooking Customer Applications and contracts.
Liaising with prospective and existing clients to tailor packages and integrated strategies to meet there required level of maintenance while still within their financial criteria. •Carrying out regular site inspections to ensure level of maintenance is to the clients •Maintaining an excellent level of customer service by frequently meeting with clients to ensure that they are happy with the level of service •Attending networking events in order to expand business and target businesses who potentially would need the service to manage their properties. •Arranging meetings with prospective clients in a social environment to discuss and outline the benefits of our services.
Being first point of contact for all clients in event of maintenance issue, creating channel of communication between clients, engineers and if needed subcontractors.
•Undertaking Health and Safety Risk assessments for engineers to ensure staff safety at all times
•Identifying, qualifying and responding actively in maintenance issues
•Overseeing tenders and contracts with clients. Initiating regular client meetings to ensure communication levels are upheld and that clients are satisfied with the service being received.
•Responsible for recruitment, retention and development of maintenance staff
•Managing and planning the maintenance budgets for clients and ensuring maintenance budgets are upheld.
•Monitoring subcontractors when needed and ensuring work is carried out within the set budgets.
•Conducting site inspections to ensure levels of maintenance are maintained.
•Scheduling all maintenance project work in a timely and efficient manner.
