I provide basic secretarial and administrative support for all Graduate Studies Office staff, College Graduate programs representatives, visiting and ZU graduate program instructors as required.
I have to arrange the Dean of Graduate Studies’ agenda.
Arrange meeting and appointments, book meeting rooms and inform attendees of timing and location of meetings. Produce agenda and prepare information required for meetings. Produce minutes and distributes to attendees as required.
Assist in setting up special events.
Collect, distribute and send faxes, photocopies and maintain working order of office machinery.
Track and schedule departmental vacations.
