• Dealing with the Sales vertical like Agency & Ops for the In-house policy servicing portal to start the business & maintain all transaction in the same. Also, to work on new requirements for new products / Partners integrations.

• Requirement gathering with the US product team, clients & also doing a task of Project Manager for India team. (Confluence and Jira Sprint work flows).
• Understand and analyse the business requirement/product features and suggest the best possible solutions for all the systems.
• Create the Business Requirement document in order to ensure automation of business processes.
• Working closely with Business team, understand the requirements and create AS-IS process maps using MS Visio tool.
• Ensure the UATs of product set up/enhancements (including vendor systems) are completed within the set timelines - manual testing.
• Handling development, support (Vendor team) & testing team with team of 15 People.
• Monitoring the end to end set up of product/process both for internal and vendor systems.
• Understand and analyse the business requirement/product features and suggest the best possible solutions for all the systems.

• Liaise with the IT team and with Vendors to ensure that the required changes are developed as per the requirement shared and within the agreed timelines
• Ensure the UATs of product set up/enhancements (including vendor systems) are completed within the set timelines, also changes and enhancements moved To production.

• Participation in planning activities i.e. conference calls, overview sessions, walkthroughs, system demos and meetings with Business and other teams concerned with the project.
• Requirements gathering, gap analysis and thorough review of BRDs, FRDs and SRS.
• Strong working knowledge in Requirement Gathering, Analysis & Documentation.
• Working closely with Business team, understand the requirements and create AS-IS process maps using Meta Storm ProV tool.
• Create TO-BE process maps highlighting the changes.
• Capture application/Key stroke level details in the maps and create process documentation describing activities for each role
• Capture key process attribute such as time, cost, location, manual/automated etc.
• TO-BE Process flows identified opportunities for improvement and provided recommendations for process improvement.
• Worked on enhancing the BPM (Business Process Management) methodology and solution accelerators that will help customers adopt a process driven approach, define business requirements using process models and accelerate their IT development.
