Responsible for maintaining the IT Infrastructure & managing IT requirements for all the development units in India.
Creation of Annual IT budget. Responsible for the ordering, acquisition, inventorying and disposition of hardware and software. Establishing partnerships with diverse suppliers.
Take preventive actions against downtime. Monitoring assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures. Managing the security levels for protecting the IT Infrastructure of the organization.

Acting as SPOC for Global Delivery team & supervising the IT helpdesk team.

Responsible for managing IT Infrastructure for the Institute & supervised the IT helpdesk and team of System Administrators.
Successfully planned yearly Budget and implementation of IT related projects. Also managed installation and technical support for customized applications such as Ship Simulator Modules, CBT Modules & Accounting Systems.
Imparted training to cadets on Computer Hardware, Networking and applications. Also initiated Database Management activities that include Backup & restore and Data Migration.
Single Point of contact for application users and system administrators for IT support requirements. Co-ordinated with Vendors for procurement of Systems, Network equipment, Peripherals and consumables.

that include Backup & restore, Data Migration and Job Scheduling & Monitoring.
