Reporting to the Project Manager, I supervise a team of architects, draftsmen and surveyors.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meeting with consultants, client’s representatives, suppliers and subcontractors in order to achieve the project requirements.
- Raising project Technical Queries and Field Change Notices to the client.
- Providing new Design options and modifications per request by the client and
per site condition.
- Preparing and reviewing Architectural, Structural and General Coordination shop
drawings and material submittals for the project.
- Coordinating the work with other disciplines (Structure, MEP and HSE).
- Site inspection and verification.
- Assisting in Quantity Survey.
The company is an Architecture, Engineering and Urban Planning consultant and
designer in Saudi Arabia.
Reporting to the Chief Architect, I supervised a team of draftsmen.
Current Projects: Distinctive Care Polyclinic and SPA-Beauty Center, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; Shaqra University Site Development, Shaqra, Saudi Arabia.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meeting with client’s representatives, contractors and subcontractors in order to achieve the project requirements.
- Providing Design options to the client.
- Providing alternative Design solutions and modifications per request by the client
and per site condition.
- Preparing and reviewing Architectural Design and Site Development drawings
for the project.
- Reviewing and recommending Architectural materials for the project.
- Assisting in Quantity Survey.
